I was the main editor in our group which meant I had to cut down the hours of footage we collected from shooting in all the locations to match the storyboards and script, keeping the
narrative flowing using the appropriate conventions of a film trailer. I used Adobe Premiere to edit our trailer.
Before editing, I created an edit log shown above, which I used to plan out the general order of where all the footage would go.

As you can see, the bottom left corner of the above image are the "bins", which contain the images and footage I want to import into my project. I named all the bins to match what footage is in each one, the one shown is named "Basement" as it contains all the footage we took down in the UTC basement.
The right half of the Premiere workspace is the actual project taking place, with the top being the screen we can view our project-in-process on, and the bottom being the footage and music we are editing.
The bottom area, the workspace, shows the cut footage, effects, and music I am using, with different layers allowing clips and sounds to overlap one another.
Here I am editing the scene where Connor Wright (Wilson) and Ronnie (Luke) are heading toward the flat to take drugs.
